Excellent location - 1 block from exit #2 of the Nanjing Fuxing metro. A couple of FYIs re: check-in. In reviewing my confirmation, after the fact, I noticed that a 3000 TWD cash security deposit was required. It was not required of me, but if it had been, I wouldn't have been prepared. Also, FYI, the confirmation indicated that parking is not available - but there were cars parked in the parking lot that clearly belonged to guests. Breakfast was fine - but it is adjusted based upon occupancy, i.e. low occupancy - cooked to order vs. buffet.

The staff was kind and helpful. The room was spacious and I got free upgrade. All the necessary amenities including mini bar, hairdryer, air-condition, power sockets for multiple countries and free water bottles. There was a fitness room with one treadmill and one bike.. there could be some dumbbells/ free weights but anyways.. there are a lot of other things to do when in Taipei. The location is near green and brown MRT line and right outside is a bus stop.

My first time at this hotel. Nice helpful staff. Free room upgrade. Location is very good with bus stop just outside and 7-8 min walk to MRT. Multifunction power sockets. Free coffee and laundry on the top floor. Great value for money! I wouldn't mind stay here again.

Stayed in this hotel for several nights. Overall speaking, the room service is pretty good. The room is nice and clean. The location is not bad. If you want to enjoy more food, probably this one is not good for you. Other than this, this is a good hotel.

The staffs are very responsive. The fridge is not functional and it is replaced the next day. I traveled with my 1 year old baby so they provided a baby cot and baby bath tub upon request. Another highlight that I enjoyed my 8 days' stay is the shower. I would not have to worry about the hot water shower during my winter stay. This is the only hotel that I have not complaint about water pressure thus far. It is a great relief after a long day tiring journey. Also, they provided FOC of washing and drying services. Where else can I find this services. It is a great saving for my long family trip. We informed local friends about the services and prices offered from this hotel. They replied that it is a good deal as others hotels in Taipei are way more expensive with the same services provided. The hotel is not located at the tourism spot. I think it is meant for business traveler. It is only a footstep away from MRT station and convenience stores. We will return to this hotel in future. Keep up the good work!

The employees are super friendly, very helpful and they could help me out a lot. The room itself was also nice, better than expected. It isn't too big, but it had everything, even a special place to work from. Comfortable room, good Wi-Fi for working/studying, location is also OK.

During the first night there, after our visit from night market back to hotel, the toilet lights was flickering badly. We called the hotel reception, and their first sentence was that the technician had ended work already, but we haven’t had our shower and its dangerous to shower with the lights flickering, so after several talk with the hotel manager, they called the technician back, thank you so much for coming back all the way to the hotel.

The room was clean and very good quality with replacement of towels, bed linen and generous supply of bottled mineral water. I wouldn’t say the hotel had a gym, it had a running machine and a bike. You can take a room with breakfast, or pay extra for it on the spot, having familiarized with the filling. Location is close to a metro stations, so getting around is easy. I would highly recommend this place for a stay Taipei!

We had one regular twin room, and another deluxe twin room. The deluxe was a corner room with huge windows, which was nice except that in the winter, the heater does not work so the room gets very cold due to the lack of insulation. The staff brought up extra blankets, which was helpful. Refrigerator worked, shower was nice and spacious, laundry room was helpful but the dryer must have been broken because it took 2 hours to semi-dry a load (and got so late I gave up and just hung everything in my room to finish air drying). Staff was nice and accommodating as we left our suitcases on arrival (too early for check in) and departure (left the city in the evening). Located across from the street from the subway entrance for Nanjing Fuxing station. Longjiang Road (turn right out of hotel, then cross Longjiang and make a right again) has a tasty little jianbing (savory egg pancake) and luobogao (turnip cake) shop for morning breakfasts. There are also 3 7-11s and Family Marts within one block. Zhongshan shopping area is easily accessed by multiple bus lines or a long walk.
